I’m ready to go, how should I prepare my home for rent?

Great! You’re almost there. The hardest part is over in choosing your property management company and we’re thrilled to have you on board.

In preparation for arranging tenants to move into your property, the following are required:

1. Three sets of keys: One set for our office and two sets for the tenant

2. Remote controllers for the garage roll-a-door or panel/tilt door

3. Copy of your insurance cover including expiry date

4. Banking details – Bank Name, BSB and account numbers

5. Copy of your certificate of title

6. Details or ground plan of any lawn/garden reticulation service

7. Clean the house so it’s all ready for your new tenants to move in.

8. Whilst we will take our own photo inventory on inspection, you may like to take your own photos for your records.
