If you wish to vacate your rental property either before the end of your lease agreement, at any time for a non-fixed term agreement, or at the end of your current lease agreement, you must fill out our Notice to Vacate form.

Carefully read the conditions, then fill in the details.

If you are vacating the property, you will also need to download our Vacating Tenant Info Sheet, that contains useful suggestions to help ensure that you receive a full refund of your bond, as well as information about the vacating process.
