Tenant application form

To apply for a rental property, simply fill out our online application form. Alternatively you can download an application form, print it out, fill in the details, then return it to Just Property Management via email or visit your local office.

You should also take the time to read the REIWA statement of tenant rights, so that you are familiar with your rights as a tenant, and your landlord's responsibilities towards the property you are renting.
