We ensure that paying rent is as easy as possible.
We offer a number of options for the payment of rent which are as follows:
- Over the counter at any branch of Bank West
- Bank transfer
- By periodic payment from your own bank account. You can arrange for this to be paid directly into our trust account.
- Centrepay
- Bank cheques or money orders. These can be mailed to our post office box at P.O. Box 2250 Bunbury 6231, or dropped into our office at 19 Stirling Street, Bunbury between business hours 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Please ensure that you use your unique tenant reference code on each transaction, this identifies which tenant the rent belongs to.
Rent is to be paid IN ADVANCE at all times. We recommend allowing 2 banking days when transferring payments electronically to ensure sufficient time is allowed for the funds to be received. Tenants not making their rent payments by the due date will be issued with a breach notice. If breach notices are not rectified, possible termination of the agreement may occur. All breach and/or termination notices are disclosed for any future references to prospective landlords, etc and therefore should be kept to a minimum.
We understand that things happen in life that might make it difficult to pay your rent, however we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible so we can be aware of your circumstances. We may be able to offer advice to assist to resolve the matter.
